About Us:

We’re redefining what it means to be a “driver.” Our Customer Handover Specialists are more than just drivers; they’re the face of our company. Delivering vehicles to clients is just the beginning. We’re looking for people who can create exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

The Role:

As a Customer Handover Specialist, you won’t simply be driving vehicles from point A to point B. You’ll be responsible for delivering vehicles to customers across the UK while providing a first-class handover experience. From ensuring each client is fully acquainted with their new vehicle’s features to answering any questions they may have, you’ll be a vital part of the customer journey. You will be expected to work one Saturday a month.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver vehicles to customers nationwide with professionalism and care.

Provide a thorough handover experience, explaining key vehicle features and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Act as a trusted representative of our brand, embodying our commitment to service excellence.

Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time.

Maintain the highest standards of vehicle presentation during deliveries.

What We’re Looking For:

Must be over 25 (due to insurance restrictions).

Full, clean UK driving licence with experience in a customer-facing role.

Previous experience with Motability vehicles is a huge bonus.

Passion for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Ability to work flexible hours, including longer shifts, with an opt-out of standard working time regulations.

Comfortable with nationwide travel and occasional overnight stays if required.
