Customer Services Support

Full time permanent position (6 months probationary period as normal)

39 hours per week with the following hours:

- Monday to Thursday: 8am - 4:30pm

- Friday: 8am - 3:30pm

Starting salary of £25,609 with bonus opportunities linked to KPIs.

Location – Office based

What you’ll do:

  • Day to day, you will handle incoming and outbound calls as FuseBox's front line customer service representative, delivering tailored solutions with care and pride to ensure optimum service levels.
  • You will accurately input sales orders into SAP, process amendments as required, and respond to customer emails.
  • At FuseBox, the customer comes first. You will build strong relationships, resolve queries promptly, and consistently deliver excellent service.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments.
  • Ensure that the company's processes and procedures are always followed.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required

  • SAP experience is an advantage although not a necessity.

  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent team interaction skills.
