Job Title: Associate AWS DevOps Engineer

Rate: 35,000 GBP/year for first 2 years, then 60,000 GBP/year

Benefits: Comprehensive Paid Onboarding + Project Placement + Dedicated Senior Mentorship

About Valorence:

At Valorence, we value engineering capability and low-level logic over a legacy corporate resume. Traditional software roles are evolving rapidly, and our firm is scaling to meet the enterprise demand for AWS, DevOps, and Agentic AI Orchestration. If you are a high-aptitude engineer who understands systems architecture but lacks a long formal corporate history, we want to talk to you.

We don't hire resumes; we hire brains.

The Role & Career Path:

You will join Valorence as an Associate Engineer. To ensure alignment with our high-stakes enterprise projects, your first 3 weeks will consist of an intensive, fully paid internal onboarding and technical immersion framework focused on Enterprise DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Agentic AI workflows.

Following successful completion of our onboarding track, you will be deployed on-site with our premium enterprise partners in Finance, Fintech, and Technology sectors in London.

The Valorence Engineering Guild:

You will not be operating in a silo. As a Valorence engineer, you receive continuous, direct 1-on-1 technical and architectural guidance from our senior engineering staff embedded within top-tier systems across the country. We provide the infrastructural support and continuous engineering education you need to excel in enterprise environments.

What We Offer:

Full Time Employment directly with the end clients

Modern Tech Stack: Immediate hands-on work with Kubernetes, advanced AWS architecture, and production Agentic AI workflows.

Enterprise Portfolio: Build an elite, enterprise-grade engineering profile quickly.

The Requirements:

Proven Technical Proficiency: Strong coding foundations in at least one major language (Python is our language of choice. If you have experience in a different object oriented language that is fine, but you will have to learn Python quickly) and a baseline understanding of how software interacts with networks and hardware.

Evaluation Focused: Ability to pass a rigorous baseline technical assessment. This will test core competency in networking protocols, linux, programming fundamentals

Experience Level: 0–3 years. We value your logical capacity and building skills over years spent in a cubicle.

Pay: From £35,000.00 per year

Application question(s):

  • Describe your experience with programming, different libraries and frameworks, and anything of note that would be relevant for us to consider you for this role.
  • What is your right to work in the UK - British Citizen, EU Settled, ILR, Dependent Visa (and tier type), or Graduate visa (PSW)?
