Who you are

Escape Records is seeking a UK-based Campaign Manager with a deep understanding of the music/festival/entertainment industry to deliver high-engagement marketing campaigns with top festivals and events across the UK.

What the job involves

  • Leading marketing conversations with events and festivals across the UK, working with various internal and external departments and drive forward campaigns with incredible attention to detail.
  • Oversee marketing campaign readiness and execution and liaise with the teams of events and festivals to ensure the success of revenue-driving marketing campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle strategy across all consumer touchpoints and channels, ensuring all campaigns are on brand and tailored to the specified audience.
  • Project manage campaigns, driving the end-to-end execution of strategy
  • Partner with teams to find efficiencies, maximise performance, and optimise marketing strategies across customer touchpoints for future campaigns
  • Create and generate daily/weekly/monthly reporting to measure the success of campaigns
  • Develop ad copy and creative to implement advertising and promotional schedules to appeal to specific demographics and target audiences
  • Oversee the asset creation process of campaign materials to ensure brand alignment, error-free creative, and compelling storytelling with the goal of driving conversion

- Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
