Custodia Vitae is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, who are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing and Events Coordinator to support their marketing initiatives and coordinate events.

What you could be doing...

• Assisting in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement
• Supporting the coordination of events, including venue booking, vendor management, logistics, and on-site support
• Managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling posts to enhance the company’s online presence and engage with the target audience
• Tracking event performance and gathering attendee feedback to identify areas for improvement in future events
• Coordinating email marketing campaigns, assisting with list segmentation, and analysing engagement metrics

What we’re looking for...

• Previous experience in marketing and/or event coordination, ideally in a B2B or B2C environment
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools; experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative approach to content creation
• A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to work on-site during events and manage occasional travel requirements
• Relevant qualifications in marketing, events management, or a related field are desirable

This is a permanent role and you will be employed directly by the employer. The hours of work are Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening hours as required for events.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
