With a passion for technical support, in particular stage lighting and sound, you will be driven by superhero service and to deliver world-class performance, on and off the stage. Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the Entertainment Manager with managing all areas of the technical department.
- With support and direction from the Entertainment Manager, you shall conduct and arrange technical staff training.
- Develop an understanding of H&S processes and procedures.
- Supporting the Entertainment Manager, TAG Live® and the resort team with creating risk assessments and safe systems of works.
- Supporting the Entertainment Manager with creating rotas and managing the in house and freelance technical team.
- Admin and planning of day-to-day events.
- Supporting the Entertainment Manager with creating technical equipment inventories and notifying relevant personnel when new consumables or stock are needed.
- Building a good rapport with the technical team.
- Mixing and operating audio or lighting and Qlab for in house productions, bands, DJs and acts.
- Support the Entertainment Manager with creating maintenance schedules for technical equipment and carry out checks and maintenance on technical equipment.
- Assisting the rest of the technical team with get ins, set ups, and get outs.
- Provide technical support to other park teams as and when required.
- Having a complete understanding of how the different venues are run and ensuring the daytime and evenings runs smoothly, technically.
You could be the perfect person for this role if you
- Have a proven track record in technical management and operating in a theatre, live production, or live event setting
- Have a technical skillset and up to date knowledge of technical theatre and production
- Proven experience of managing and motivating a technical team to achieve high levels of performance
- Knowledge of up to date H&S legislation and the ability to risk assess and create standard operating procedures
- Have good written and oral communication skills and has a knowledge of admin and planning
- Enjoy building relationships with team and guests
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Are open to flexible working patterns
- Are naturally well organised
- Can work well under pressure
- Are proactive with a problem solving attitude
- Have knowledge on running digital sound desks
- Have knowledge on running Titan lighting desks
- Experience in Qlab setting cue lists, programming and operating
Salary & benefits:
£31,500 per annum (pro rata)

Employment Information:
Contract: Full Time Employed – 6 days per week
Location: near Chichester, West Sussex
The role will include split shifts dependant on entertainment programme and scheduling requirements.
Accommodation:
We have a limited number of caravans or basic university style accommodation available; you will share a caravan or flat with a communal kitchen and facilities with your team. All rooms are single occupancy and contain a single bed and mattress with fitted storage. These can be rented for a small weekly fee.
