Job Overview
This hybrid role blends administrative, marketing and sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organisation, and creativity, playing a key role in driving sales and enhancing and communicating our brand.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms in line with company process.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system Dubsado and planning app Vibo.
- Assist in creating marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure exciting and correct event narratives.
- Attend wedding fairs and events to represent Press Record Live and engage with potential clients.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design (e.g., Canva).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
- Reliable transport for occasional travel to events and fairs.

Candidate Requirements
Experience
Previous experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles is essential. Experience in the events, wedding, or entertainment industry is advantageous but not mandatory. We value candidates with a strong background in supporting business development and client relations.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in managing social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) for marketing and engagement is required. Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM systems (experience with Dubsado is a plus) is essential. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or similar tools) for creating visually appealing marketing materials is beneficial.
Communication Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills are vital for responding to client enquiries in a professional and engaging manner. Confidence in representing the company at wedding fairs and events is important, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and event attendees.
Organisational Skills
Exceptional organisational skills are necessary to manage bookings, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate with the wider team on event preparations. Attention to detail is essential in completing tasks efficiently and ensuring smooth event execution.
Flexibility
Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for events occasionally, with time off in lieu provided. The role requires the ability to manage a hybrid work schedule, balancing office-based tasks, remote work, and on-site event attendance.
Transport
Reliable transport is essential to travel to event venues, wedding fairs, and meetings across the Northwest region.
