Support Worker – Join Our Team!

Pound Lane services consists of 5 individualised homes. The services are home to a varying, complex mix of people ranging from 25 up to 83 years old! We centre our support around providing personal care, medications, nutrition and hydration, finances, daily living skills, relationships and family, supporting appointments and managing correspondence. We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates who enjoy giving back and can work on their own initiative and think outside of the box. The people we support have a varied range of interests including accessing their local communities including local clubs/ pubs nights, colleges, theatres / shows and day trips, cooking, shopping, holidays, swimming, libraries and local garden centres

· Location: Pound Lane, Ugley, Bishop's Stortford, CM22 6HP

· Driving preferred – Public transport is limited

· Right to work in the UK on a full-time/part-time basis without the need for sponsorship

· Shifts will usually start around 7:30am till 3:00pm - 2.30pm till 10:00pm, alternate weekends
