Role: Insights Analyst

Location: Bolton/Hybrid

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent upon experience

About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident Insights Analyst join our Analytics team based at our Head Office in Bolton.

The Insights Analyst role plays a crucial role in working with Key Stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights into multiple operational processes.

Our team are passionate about accurate and high-quality information and understand its importance within the decision-making process.

You’ll be passionate in all aspects of analytics, which will underpin our focus on achieving excellence. To achieve this, we need an exceptional Insights Analyst with a strong technical foundation and the confidence to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proactive & enquiring with regards to generating insight from big data
  • Proficient in using Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power Query to develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and experience in working with various databases and data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to present & ‘tell a story’ to senior stakeholders
