Are you a graduate looking for a role where you can gain hands-on experience across technology, product development, marketing and business growth?

ai4GP is an innovative healthcare technology company developing AI-powered solutions to support GP practices and improve the way healthcare is delivered.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and curious graduate to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder and gain experience across software development, customer engagement, product testing and business operations.

You won't just be supporting the business—you'll help shape how our products develop and how we grow.

About the Role

This is a varied role requiring someone who enjoys learning, problem-solving and taking ownership.

You will be involved in:

Product Development & Testing

  • Testing new software features and updates
  • Identifying, recording and reporting bugs and usability issues
  • Providing feedback to improve user experience
  • Helping test new functionality before customer release
  • Working with the team to ensure the software meets user needs

User Support & Documentation

  • Creating and maintaining user guides and training materials
  • Writing clear instructions and FAQs for healthcare users
  • Supporting customer onboarding
  • Gathering feedback from users and helping translate this into product improvements

Compliance

  • Assisting with GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance)
  • Assisting with collation and production of DTAC (Digital Technology Assessment Criteria) documentation
  • Assisting with production of the DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment)
  • Assisting with documentation relating to medical device compliance, including compliance with ISO 13485

Marketing & Business Growth

  • Creating engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Supporting email campaigns and newsletters
  • Assisting with website updates
  • Helping prepare marketing materials and presentations
  • Supporting webinars, demonstrations and events
  • Helping communicate the benefits of AI solutions to healthcare professionals

Business Operations

  • Coordinating meetings and projects
  • Maintaining customer and project records
  • Tracking actions and supporting delivery of key initiatives
  • Helping improve internal processes and ways of working

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional
  • Curious about technology, AI and healthcare
  • A strong communicator who can explain complex ideas clearly
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable testing software and spotting problems
  • A confident writer who can create clear user documentation
  • Creative and interested in marketing and communication
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities
  • Excited by the opportunity to work in a start-up environment

Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Confidence learning new software systems
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently

Desirable:

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar
  • Interest in software, technology or healthcare
  • Experience with content creation or social media
  • Experience with software testing, quality assurance or user experience
  • Scientific, healthcare, business, IT or communications background
