Full job description

Temp to Permanent

We’re looking for a confident sales professional to generate new business opportunities across pathology, chemistry, molecular biology and histology.

You’ll engage healthcare and lab decision-makers, introduce our products and services, and secure qualified meetings for our sales team.

Your role

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
  • Identify key decision-makers and understand their labs’ needs.
  • Introduce relevant products and services.
  • Arrange qualified sales meetings and follow up with prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records and work towards agreed targets.
  • Meet with your area manager locally, in person, once a month.
  • Attend our annual trade show in Birmingham.

About you

  • Proven experience selling into labs, diagnostics and healthcare is essential.
  • Experience in cold calling and generating new business.
  • Excellent telephone communication and objection-handling skills.
  • Organised, motivated and able to work independently from home.
  • A quiet home workspace and reliable internet connection.
  • Willing and able to attend monthly local meetings with your area manager and the annual trade show in Birmingham.
  • Ideally from IBMS

Hours: 20 per week.Location: Home based anywhere in the UK, with monthly local meetings and annual travel to Birmingham.

Salary wil pre rota.
