We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Painter to join our Repairs Team at Homes in Somerset. If you take pride in delivering high-quality work, enjoy solving problems and are committed to providing excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

  • Carrying out painting and decorating repairs and maintenance to occupied homes, communal areas and empty properties.
  • Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Planning and managing your workload to meet appointment times and service standards.
  • Delivering a "right first time" approach to minimise follow-up visits.
  • Supporting customers and colleagues with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Undertaking minor multi-trade repairs where required

What we're looking for

  • Experience in painting and decorating within a maintenance or repairs environment.
  • Strong practical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Commitment to health and safety.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence
