Every piece in our collection is carefully curated for its originality, craftsmanship, and natural, untreated gemstones.

Renowned for our expertise and integrity, we are committed to preserving the heritage of each piece while providing an exceptional experience for our customers. As part of our team, you'll help present these extraordinary pieces through exceptional photography and meticulous retouching, ensuring every image reflects the craftsmanship, history and beauty of our collection.

The Role

We are looking for a Junior Product Photographer & Retoucher to join our in-house creative team. Based at our Farringdon studio in London, you will support the production of high-quality product photography and retouching for our website, marketing campaigns and social media channels.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and a passion for luxury product imagery. Working as part of our creative team, you will be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality imagery that showcases the unique beauty and craftsmanship of our antique and vintage jewellery.

This is a full-time, permanent, onsite position, working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Photograph antique and vintage jewellery for our website and marketing channels.
  • Retouch product images to an exceptional standard, ensuring accurate colour, detail and consistency.
  • Prepare, organise and export imagery for use across digital and print platforms.
  • Assist with lighting, camera set-up and studio preparation for product photography.
  • Maintain an organised image library and ensure all assets are correctly archived.
  • Carry out quality control on imagery to ensure it meets Berganza's visual standards.
  • Support the wider creative team with photography and studio tasks as required.

Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 1 year's professional experience in image retouching.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality retouching work is essential.
  • Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
  • A good understanding of colour correction, image masking, cleaning and non-destructive retouching techniques.
  • Basic photography experience and confidence using professional camera equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong appreciation for quality and accuracy.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
  • An interest in luxury products, jewellery or heritage brands would be advantageous.

Benefits

  • 28 days' holiday through our 'no approval needed' holiday system (inclusive of bank holidays).
  • Performance-based bonus scheme.
  • Access to the largest collection of antique jewellery in Europe.
  • The opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading antique jewellery specialists.
  • A creative and collaborative team environment in the heart of London's jewellery district.
