Join our friendly, fast-paced Equestrian & Pet Store team!

Are you passionate about horses and also love working with people in a lively retail environment? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, energetic and motivated Equestrian Sales Advisor to join our growing team. No two days are the same in our busy store, and we pride ourselves on offering expert advice with a smile.

The Role:

As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the shop
  • Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Advising customers and answering product queries
  • Fitting safety equipment such as riding hats, body protectors and boots (full training provided)
  • Keeping up to date with product knowledge, promotions and special offers
  • Restocking, rotating and pricing stock to keep displays looking their best
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming shop floor

What we're looking for:

  • Equine experience and a passion for horses
  • Previous sales or retail experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A reliable team player who thrives in a busy environment

Full training will be provided on our till systems, product knowledge, safety equipment fitting and merchandising.

Hours: 38 hours per week (excluding breaks), including weekdays and weekends

This role is active, involves being on your feet for most of the day and includes some lifting.
