Fine & Country is a leading Estate Agency firm with over 200 branches throughout the UK. As part of our plans to grow the business throughout the region we are on the lookout for an experienced Valuer / Lister to join our team.

Key responsibilities-

  • Generate, conduct, follow up and convert Market Appraisals
  • Maintain regular contact with clients
  • Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for the client
  • Creating social media campaigns to keep the local market up to date
  • Take a proactive interest in the overall success of our business

About you-

  • Experience within local Estate Agency
  • Show a proven track record in achieving results
  • Understand the importance of excellent customer service
  • Be confident in creating (and featuring in) video content for social media and hosted property tours. Camera shy need not apply!
  • Willing to be part of progressive and forward-thinking team

This is a field-based role that can involve working from home with regular property visits across the local area.

We are currently seeking agents to join our team in all areas of Herefordshire and Monmouthshire - in self-employed roles.

Self-employed roles come with no basic salary and huge uncapped commissions up to around £100,000.
