Internal Sales Representative – Forest & Groundcare

Inverness | Full-Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

Passionate about machinery, forestry, groundcare, and great customer service?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Forest & Groundcare team in Inverness.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the most respected brands in the industry while helping customers across the Highlands and Islands find the right products, equipment, and solutions for their needs.

You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, building strong relationships, providing expert advice, and helping to drive sales across a wide range of market-leading products.

Working with brands including Honda, Husqvarna, John Deere, Kymco, Gardena, Oregon, Spear & Jackson, Aspen Fuel and many more, you'll play a key role in supporting everyone from forestry contractors and estate managers to landscapers, local authorities, farmers, and homeowners.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same. You'll be:

✔ Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and at the trade counter

✔ Providing advice on machinery, tools, accessories, parts, and consumables

✔ Preparing quotations and processing customer orders

✔ Following up sales opportunities and building long-term customer relationships

✔ Promoting products, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches

✔ Working closely with suppliers and manufacturer partners

✔ Supporting customers with product selection and technical enquiries

✔ Liaising with our workshop, parts, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure excellent service

✔ Maintaining product knowledge across our Forest & Groundcare range

✔ Delivering the outstanding customer experience MacGregor Industrial Supplies is known for

You'll be:

Experience within sales, customer service, forestry, groundcare, agriculture, machinery, or trade supplies would be advantageous, but attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn are just as important.
