Overview

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and reporting on engaging content across social media and email marketing platforms. Using our in-house studio, you will play a key role in developing our brand presence, driving engagement, and supporting wider marketing activities throughout the year.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Develop and maintain a detailed social media and email content calendar, using business insights, data, and key seasonal events to maximise engagement.
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Create, film, edit, and publish high-quality short-form content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Produce long-form educational and promotional video content to be used across our website and YouTube.
  • Capture professional photography that reflects and enhances the brand identity.
  • Monitor content performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and content partners.
  • Manage influencer and marketing contact databases.
  • Design marketing materials and promotional assets, including leaflets, brochures, banners, or similar.

Qualifications and skills

  • Detailed portfolio demonstrating professional experience in photography and videography with video editing and post-production capabilities.
  • Experience with photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, or equivalent software.
  • Experience managing professional social media platforms, planning, scheduling, and delivering content across multiple channels.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or similar.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences and platforms.
  • Ability to analyse content performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and results.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Can adapt and support broader marketing tasks when required.
