What is the role?

As part of Xpedite’s exciting growth plans, we are looking for a Part Time Marketing & Creative Coordinator to help bring our brand, communications and business materials to life. This is a varied role in a growing SME, ideal for someone who enjoys creating high-quality content, supporting campaigns and working closely with people across the business.

You will be involved in a broad mix of creative and marketing activity, from producing presentations, brochures and social media content through to supporting events, exhibitions, internal communications and branded materials. No two weeks are likely to look the same, so this role would suit someone who is comfortable being hands-on, adaptable and full of ideas.

As a Marketing & Creative Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, internal communications and business materials.
  • Designing branded assets including presentations, brochures, graphics, banners and event collateral.
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, company events, exhibitions and business development activity.
  • Helping to keep our brand consistent, professional and visually engaging.
  • Coordinating input from colleagues’ stakeholders and suppliers to deliver polished marking outputs.
  • Reviewing social media engagement and suggesting ways to improve reach and impact.
  • Ongoing development of the Marketing Strategy – submitting ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company’s brand
  • Monthly marketing reporting to the Board – including analysis of performance of marketing strategy

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, creative thinker and who is motivated to drive the marketing department forward. You will be a communicative and self-assured individual with the confidence and capability to influence and challenge as well as working collaboratively.

Other qualities required for this role include:

  • Creative, curious and confident turning ideas into clear, engaging content.
  • Strong attention to detail and care about producing what looks professional.
  • Clearly adapt your tone for different audiences.
  • Comfortable using tools such as PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • Enjoy working with others and can manage multiple priorities in a busy SME environment.
  • Productive, practical and happy to get involved in a wide range of marketing and creative tasks.
  • Exceptional organisational and time keeping skills.
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload.

Desirable but not essential:

  • Experience working in a SME or in-house business environment.
  • Basic video editing or photography skills.
  • Experience supporting events, exhibitions or internal company briefings.
  • An understanding of B2B marketing, employer brand or business development support.

It should be noted that to be considered for this role, you must be a UK national and eligible to hold UK Security Clearance at SC level.
