We have 12-hour contracts working in our Customer Restaurant, Kitchen Production and Swedish Food Market/Bistro areas. These are permanent, year-round contracts in a close-knit and motivated team.

WHAT WE OFFER
  • The group assessment centre will be on Monday, 15 June in-store, in the evening.
  • Start date of employment will be Saturday, 04 July.
  • Hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
  • Availability to work two 6-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • These are permanent contracts where you will be working throughout the year, including the holiday periods.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
  • We value experience in food service and customer care, but we also welcome practical, motivated people who are ready to take initiative.
  • Ability to work in an extremely busy environment.
  • Bring motivation and a willingness to take action, whether working with the team or on your own.
  • Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy.

Due to health and safety regulations, all applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
In both roles, you will ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.

  • You will be preparing and making meals using our ovens and kitchen equipment to offer a taste of Sweden to our customers and co-workers.
  • You will be preparing for the next day's trade, as well as managing food waste and making sure the cleanliness of the kitchen is to a high standard.
  • You will take payment at tills, clean and clear the restaurant area, and work in our busy dish-room.
  • You will support your colleagues, help out, and build a positive work environment, contributing to a positive team and positive customers.
