Associate Family Solicitor or CILEX Litigator (4-5 years PQE) – Full-Time | Fully Remote or Hybrid

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in Advocacy Beneficial;
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) member with 4-5 years PQE and must hold specific litigation practice rights;
  • Qualified to Litigate (or working towards qualification);
  • An ADR qualification is desirable but not essential;
  • Strong expertise in Family Law (including experience handling complex cases such as divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements);
  • Proven experience managing both Children Act proceedings and financial remedy cases;
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
