Job Overview
We are seeking talented and passionate Stylists to join our dynamic team, based in our Ashbourne stores, Young Ideas designer fashion and our Henmores country/ lifestyle . The ideal candidates will possess a keen eye for fashion and an ability to create stunning looks that cater to our diverse clientele. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience through personalised styling advice and exceptional service. You will be responsible for building rapport with clients and ensuring their needs are met while promoting our range of collections.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert styling advice to clients, helping them select outfits that suit their individual style and preferences.
  • Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all products are displayed attractively and accessible for customers.
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, effectively communicating product benefits and features.
  • Upsell additional items by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer's purchase experience.
  • Manage time efficiently to ensure all clients receive prompt attention while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and reporting low stock levels.
  • Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits and builds customer loyalty.

Experience

  • Previous experience in retail or personal styling is preferred but not essential; a passion for fashion is key.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and managing sales effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability in upselling and selling techniques is advantageous.
  • Strong time management skills to ensure efficiency during busy periods.
