Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to help oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the G.M daily and will act as cover in his absence.

This is a fully immersive hands on plates and pumps role. We are looking for someone who enjoys service service service! The successful candidate must be incredible on the restaurant floor and have a proven track record behind a busy bar.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate food leaving the kitchen daily.
  • Attention to the little details.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest enquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Uphold organisational policies related to health & safety, alcohol service, and hospitality best practices.
  • Support event planning and execution as required, including banquets or private functions.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or similar hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to help manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environments is essential.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to be self motivated.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
