Full job description

We have positions for entry level and experienced sales people.

We have a mix of onsite positions and field based positions available, our office is based in Chelmsford and our region is East Anglia.

You will be responsible for promoting Vitality Life Insurance and Private Medical Insurance products to a panel of financial advisers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, be a great communicator and not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck into the role.

Previous sales experience in any field is a bonus but not essential.

Essential Requirements:

  • Full clean driving licence - for field based positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, challenging environment
  • Enthusiastic about driving sales
  • Positive and confident attitude
  • Hunger to achieve any target to put in front of you
  • Desirable Requirements:
  • Sales Experience
  • Financial Services experience
  • Customer Services experience

All roles have a sales of £23k with either quarterly or uncapped commission. Top earners achieving 6 figures regularly.

About us:

We are a franchise business that was set up almost 6 years ago. We represent the Vitality brand across the East Anglia region.

The roles we are looking for are all business to business, we work with mortgage brokers/financial advisers/protection specialists, building relationships and understanding how they work and how the Vitality product suite can work with their clients.

There is an initial 3 week induction programme followed by shadowing with the team. We believe in the work hard play harder motto and support each other to be the best we can be. We have a complete mixture of experience in the team we found the most successful have the right attitude rather than the exact experience.

We have regular team meetings in the Chelmsford office with regular team events across the year.

We are looking for people that can complement the team and help us grow into our next phase.
