Full job description

Employed role for an experienced, ambitious mortgage adviser with a strong sales record.

Full support provided by a directly authorised firm including leads, using all available software including OMS, compliance support through Paradigm and everything else you need so you can concentrate on what you do.

Responsibilities

  • Assess clients' financial situations to provide tailored mortgage advice.
  • Stay updated on financial services trends to offer informed recommendations.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage application process, working with our dedicated case managers to ensure a first class service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to foster trust and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with lenders and real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of financial services and mortgage products
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyse client needs and provide tailored mortgage solutions
  • Relevant certifications in mortgage advising CeMAP essential
  • Experience in customer service or sales is a distinct advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
