About us

We are professional, agile, innovative, and our goal is to at Chartwell Mortgage Services. We are a well established mortgage brokerage that puts clients at the forefront of the customer journey. We are looking to recruit advisors that understand the mortgage market and the need to provide a first class service to the client. The role will entail looking after our existing client bank, which forms a solid lead base for any advisor joining the business. The majority of the advise is given remotely with only occasional visits to the office or clients .

We are looking for a Mortgage Advisor to assist our customers with financing options, mortgage application procedures and loan processing. Our company offers our customers a broad range of financial services, including mortgages, home equity loans, investment services and insurance products. The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and have previous experience working with financial products and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on issues such as loan eligibility, loan rates, and loan forbearance.
  • Answer questions regarding financial products and services.
  • Recommend financial services to clients.
  • Confer with clients to discuss financial problems or needs.
  • Prepare loan documents.
  • Contact clients to ensure they are satisfied with their current loans.
  • Help clients determine their financial goals and develop a strategy to achieve their goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £60,000.00 per year
