We’re on the lookout for a Sales Person with flooring experience to join our friendly Motherwell branch. This is your chance to be part of a well-established, family-run business that’s been helping customers transform their homes for over 25 years.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven sales experience, with flooring/carpet sales highly desirable
  • Great people skills, you enjoy working with customers face-to-face and over the phone
  • Confidence to develop strong product knowledge across carpets, vinyl, laminate, LVT and more
  • Organised, motivated and able to work independently
  • Basic computer skills for stock checking, invoicing and payments

The Role:

  • Helping customers find the perfect flooring solution for their home
  • Delivering 5-star service and expert advice every time
  • Processing sales, payments and invoices
  • Checking stock availability and liaising with our warehouse
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
