Salt & Sage Bistro – Fareham
Part-time – 15 hours per week min
Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)

Join Our Team

Salt & Sage Bistro is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our growing team.

We're a busy independent bistro known for our friendly service, quality food, and welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hospitality and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

Working Hours

Approximately 15 hours per week, including:

  • Thursday evenings
  • Friday evenings
  • Saturday (day and evening)
  • Sunday daytime

Additional hours may be available to cover holidays and busy periods.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming and looking after our guests
  • Taking food and drink orders
  • Serving food, cocktails, coffees and drinks
  • Handling payments and operating the till
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Supporting the team during busy service
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience working in a busy restaurant, café, pub or bistro
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, professional and reliable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
  • Previous front of house experience in a restaurant, bistro, café or pub is ESSENTIAL.
