- Monitor audit results, hygiene ratings, incidents and compliance trends.
- Provide practical advice, coaching and food safety training to site and operational teams.
- Support new-site openings and ensure appropriate food safety systems are in place.
- Maintain effective relationships with franchisors, suppliers, auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Provide regular compliance updates and highlight significant risks to senior management.

- Experience conducting audits and managing corrective actions.
- Confidence dealing with operational managers and challenging non-compliance.
- Strong communication, organisation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel regularly between sites.
Experience within a franchise or multi-brand environment would be highly desirable.
Qualifications
Ideally, you will hold:
- Level 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification.
- HACCP Level 3 or above.
- Internal Auditor qualification or equivalent experience.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone practical, confident and commercially aware who can combine strong food safety knowledge with an understanding of busy, fast-paced food operations.
You will be comfortable working across different brands and sites, building strong relationships with operational teams while maintaining consistently high compliance standards.
