Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. This role involves leading kitchen operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality dishes that meet our standards of excellence. The Chef will play a vital role in maintaining food safety, fostering a positive team environment, and delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
  • Oversee food production processes to ensure efficiency and quality control
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Develop new menu items in line with current culinary trends and customer preferences
  • Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and operated safely
  • Lead by example in fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment
