About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, punctual Part-Time Van Driver to join our team during school term time. This role suits someone looking for flexible, part-time hours with an early start, delivering fresh meals to childcare settings and primary schools across Northern Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive a van on delivery routes to childcare settings and primary schools across Northern Ireland
  • Load/unload food deliveries as required
  • Follow agreed routes and delivery schedules
  • Conduct basic vehicle safety checks before each shift
  • Maintain a clean and safe vehicle, in line with food delivery standards
  • Communicate any delays or issues promptly

Requirements

  • Full, valid UK/NI driving licence (category B, or confirm if van/D1 needed)
  • Previous driving/delivery experience preferred
  • Fluent spoken and written English essential
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Reliable and punctual, comfortable with early starts (approx. 5:30am)
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to commit to school term-time hours only
  • Comfortable working around children/school environments — DBS/Access NI check may be required

Pay: £14.50 per hour
