Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic reception and bar team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service in a welcoming environment. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
  • Handle guest enquiries with professionalism via phone, email, or in person, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist with reservations, bookings, and general guest services to enhance customer experience
  • Serve food & beverages at the bar and restaurant, ensure all orders are prepared accurately and promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area and bar station
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
  • Uphold health and safety standards in all aspects of the role, including responsible alcohol service
  • Support event set-up and breakdown as required, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, hotel reception, or guest services is essential
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent phone etiquette and organisational abilities are essential for managing reservations and guest interactions
