Full job description

Role: Clinic Receptionist

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £13.74 - £14.50 per hour DOE

Location: South Harting, Petersfield

Hours: 4 days Monday-Thursday/ 28 hours per week; 7 hours per day, 9am to 5pm with 1 hour break

We are pleased to be recruiting for a Clinic Receptionist on behalf of our client in South Harting. Our client is a health and wellbeing clinic who focus on the physical and emotional wellbeing of their clientele. They are looking for an experienced and well-presented Clinic Receptionist with an interest in health and wellbeing to join their close-knit team.

Duties and Responsibilities of Clinic Receptionist

  • Meeting and greeting clients and sharing patient results
  • Inbox and diary management
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, both in person and over the phone
  • Helping to book and arrange appointments
  • Restocking and ordering supplements

About you

  • Previous receptionist experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
  • Computer literate; previous experience with Microsoft Office
  • Efficient administrator, highly organised with excellent time management skills
  • Able to work independently and part of the wider team
  • Clear communicator; able to articulate medical and confidential information in a professional manner via telephone, face to face, and email
  • Must be a car driver due to the location
