Sulis Hospital is part of The Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust and is conveniently located just a short 10-minute drive south of Bath. Sulis Hospital in Bath is offering an exciting opportunity for a full time Private Medical Secretary to join the business development team.

As Private Medical Secretary at Sulis Hospital, you will provide professional secretarial support to a group of private practices and their activity surround the complete patient pathway. You will provide a high level of administration and organisational support for patients and consultants. You will also promote a great customer service best practices and ensure a very responsive service is provided to all.

You’ll need to a confident patient-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data and present it in a timely and professional manner. Experience in a patient-facing environment would be a real advantage.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships are essential to the role.

Perm Full time 37.5 hours - Mon - Fri
