Full job description

Opportunity to join this highly organised well-functioning and supportive practice management team in Swanpool Medical Centre , Tipton with list size of approx 9000 patients.

You will be working alongside the existing Trainee Manager. The role is fully supported by our Reception Team Leaders and Administration team to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the practice. Support is provided for monthly, quarterly, annual claims and submissions.

This is a varied, flexible and busy role requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to prioritise your workload and be confident working at all levels.

The successful candidate needs to be enthusiastic and self-motivated and ideally have experience working in a Primary Care setting in a GP Surgery . Fluency with SystmOne and Microsoft Office is prefered. If necessary training will be provided for right candidate.

You would be required to provide and maintain high standards of patient care as well as senior administrative tasks including HR. The successful candidate will enjoy leading and working as part of a dedicated team, with the added satisfaction of working for a Practice committed to the care and wellbeing of our patients and staff

About us

Swanpool Medical Centre is a practice with a patient list size of apprx 9000. We are a friendly forward thinking and supportive practice that can offer an excellent working environment. Our team consists of 3 GP partners, Trainee Practice Manager, Sessional GPs, Mental Health Practitioner, Nurses, Independent Pharmacist Prescribers, Social Prescriber , Care-cordinator , IT Manager and Receptionists. We are a SystmOne practice with CQC rating of Good.
