Join our Gardening Team

We are currently inviting applications for a self-motivated, organised and enthusiastic Gardener to join our team on a seasonal basis until March 2027 on a full-time basis.

Following the conclusion of seasonal contract there may be additional opportunities to continue in the role.

What you'll be doing in this role:

– Performing landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, weeding, and watering.

– Assisting in the growing of plants, flowers, and shrubs according to seasonal requirements.

– Utilising hand tools and some power tools used in gardening tasks to cultivate and maintain Estate.

– A Customer First focus, making sure the aesthetics of the Estate are presentable and visually impressive for our Members and Guests to enjoy.

Who are we looking for:

– Previous experience in a Gardening role is preferred.

– Knowledge of plant care, including irrigation techniques and weed management.

– A strong work ethic with ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions, Consistently Delivering to standard.

– Some experience of machines; mowers, strimmers, leaf blowers and weeding preferred but not necessary.

– Willingness to learn new skills related to horticulture and landscape management.

– Ability to work independently and Collaborating with Purpose as part of a team.
