Hours of Work

  • April – October: 7:00am – 4:00pm
  • November – March: 8:00am – 4:00pm

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Gardener to join our friendly team! This is a hands-on, outdoor role ideal for someone physically fit and who takes pride in delivering high standards in grounds maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lawn mowing
  • Strimming
  • Shrub and flower bed maintenance
  • Hedge cutting and pruning
  • Tree pruning
  • Litter picking
  • Beds and border edging
  • Tree and shrub planting

Requirements:

  • Reliable, motivated, and professional
  • Minimum 1 year of grounds maintenance experience (preferred, but training offered)
  • Full, clean UK driving licence (required)
  • Confident working independently or in a team of two
  • Competent using petrol-powered tools, pedestrian mowers, and ride-on mowers
  • Able to use a tablet to update job status and records

Desirable (but not essential):

  • PA1 / PA6 spraying certificates
  • Ride-on or walk-behind mower experience
