The Role

As an Arborist, you will play a vital role in maintaining trees, shrubs, and green spaces to ensure their health, safety, and aesthetics. From pruning and planting to diagnosing tree diseases, you’ll be at the forefront of protecting and enhancing the environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out tree and shrub maintenance, including pruning, thinning, and shaping.
Identify and manage tree diseases and pest infestations.
Assist in the planting and transplanting of trees and shrubs.
Maintain and operate arboricultural tools and equipment safely.
Work closely with the team to deliver landscaping and tree care projects.
Provide clients with expert advice on tree care and maintenance best practices.
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in arboriculture, tree surgery, or horticulture.
Knowledge of tree species, growth habits, and maintenance techniques.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
A valid UK driving licence with experience in towing. (required).
