Full job description

Wanted: Self employed Gardeners

Self employed and experienced gardeners, grounds keepers, landscapers wanted to join a growing business based in the heart of Dorset. Most jobs are within in the Dorchester, Sherborne and Blandford area, so a close proximity to that area and willingness to travel are essential please.

We offer a flexible work schedule, you would retain your existing clients but join a list of subcontractors used by the company to fulfill an excess of work that we acquire throughout the seasons, and perhaps fill any gaps in your own schedule.

All gardening and groundskeeping duties are covered.
A good knowledge of plants, pruning and weeding is beneficial for gardening roles.
Experience with garden machinery beneficial for groundskeeping.

We take care of all advertising, estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing. You would just need to take care of the gardening duties at your agreed hourly rate.
You would not become and employee of the company but a sub contractor who would be responsible for your own travel, equipment and consumables.
