Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Ground Worker / Garden Room Base Installer to join our team. This role involves working on-site to prepare and install timber frame garden rooms bases.

The ideal candidate will possess practical construction skills and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all groundwork is completed to a high standard. This position offers an excellent opportunity for thge right candidate with a can do attitutude.

Duties

  • Prepare the ground for installation.
  • site ground posts.
  • Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes
  • Assist with the assembly and positioning of garden room bases according to specifications
  • Ensure all groundwork complies with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timeframes
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment throughout each project phase

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
  • Basic understanding of construction principles and site safety procedures
  • Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and perform manual tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
