  • Execute all aspects of hard landscaping, including paving, paths, steps, fencing, raised beds, and drainage.
  • Complete soft landscaping tasks including planting, turfing, tree and hedge planting, and soil conditioning.
  • Interpret and work from garden design plans and elevations with precision.
  • Handle irrigation system installation, basic lighting setups, and garden structures (pergolas, screens, etc.).
  • Carry out routine and seasonal garden maintenance on established sites.
  • Organise materials, manage workflow, and ensure site cleanliness.
  • Travel between sites as required, maintaining consistent standards across the portfolio.

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years' landscaping experience, with proven results in premium private settings.
  • Proven experience in landscape architecture with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and visualisation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Rhinoceros 3D).
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of garden design principles and landscape maintenance practices is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • A commitment to sustainable design practices and an understanding of environmental regulations related to landscaping.
  • Strong experience in both hard and soft landscaping.
  • Ability to read and interpret professional garden plans and site drawings.
  • Confident using landscaping tools, small plant equipment, and garden machinery.
  • Reliable, organised, self-managing, and with an eye for detail.
