Overview

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Ground Worker to join our dynamic team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and construction activities. Your hands-on approach and mechanical knowledge will help ensure that all grounds are safe, attractive, and well-maintained. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the beautification and functionality of various outdoor areas.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, mowing, and turf care to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently

  • Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist with construction projects related to outdoor infrastructure or landscaping enhancements
  • Follow safety protocols during all tasks to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, gardening, or construction is highly desirable
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and small machinery such as excavators or similar equipment
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and maintenance procedures
  • Basic understanding of Groundworks and paving
  • Valid driver’s license may be required depending on job site location
