We are looking for dedicated Nursery Operatives (Greenhouse) Operatives for a major employer in Spalding.

Location - PE12 6JR

The rate of pay is £12.71 per hour.

This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7, including weekends, and the hours of work are:

- 7:30am to 5:00pm

Permanent opportunities are available for the right candidate.

Applicants must be local or have their own transport.

Your Time at Work

· As a Nursery Operative at this site your duties include working inside and outside. The main work is in Glasshouse with outdoor garden plants.

· You will work in plant nurseries, helping to grow, maintain, and prepare plants for sale or distribution. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors or in greenhouse environments and have a passion for horticulture.

· Candidates must be physically fit to undertake manual handling tasks, lifting and stacking pots to and from the floor.

· Our ideal Nursery Operative will have an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and strong punctuality.

· It is also important that candidates remain flexible in order to me the demands of the business.

· Experience as a Nursery Operative is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
