Full job description

The Landscape Company has been established as a domestic design, construction and garden maintenance company in Chelmsford, Essex for over 30 years. Our business is looking for a self-motivated and experienced garden maintenance operative who is seeking an opportunity to progress within a dynamic company. The applicant MUST be competent in all aspects of horticulture & domestic garden maintenance. They must also be practically minded and experienced in the use of all types of mechanised garden maintenance equipment, including pedestrian mowers, strimers and hedge cutters etc.

Applicants must also be able to lead and supervise other to achieve the work goals and objectives.

An understanding and knowledge of plants is useful. The successful applicant needs to be a team player and be both self motivated and able to motivate others.

Salary is £29,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience.

A driving license is an essential requirement
