Full job description

Rock Recruitment are looking for a General Manager for a late night venue in the heart of Brighton

Our client is a live music venue hosting a number of events a week with well known DJs

To be the General Manager at this site, you will need to have previous experience within a fast paced venue that is open late.

Previous experience is required, with knowledge in the below

- Working in a late night venue

- Creating rotas

- Training and developing staff

- Working on PNLs

- Commercial knowledge

- Working with promotors

In return you will receive

- Up to 50k salary

- Some time working at home when events are not on
