Maintenance Worker

About Us:

Our homes and school are at the heart of the therapeutic care we offer. Now, we’re looking for a skilled, passionate, and hands-on individuals to help us bring those spaces to life every day.

About the Role:
We’re looking for one full-time and one part-time Maintenance Worker to join our dynamic and caring team. This role is perfect for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, solving problems, and contributing to something deeply meaningful. From everyday repairs to creative improvement projects, you’ll help ensure our spaces are safe, warm, and inspiring.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out essential repairs and maintenance across our homes, school, and office buildings
  • Collaborating on exciting creative and practical projects
  • Responding to requests while keeping within budget
  • Occasionally attending emergency call-outs
  • Helping create environments where children feel safe, supported, and at home

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in maintenance, general building, or handywork
  • Reliable, proactive, and approachable
  • Empathetic and sensitive to the needs of others
  • A team player who genuinely wants to make a difference
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Please note: You must have your own tools to carry out this role.
