About the role

We're looking for a hands-on PPC Executive to join our growing team and take ownership of live client campaigns from day one. This is a client-facing role where you'll be managing budgets, optimising performance, and delivering tangible, measurable results across Google Ads and beyond.

If you love getting stuck into the numbers - watching CTR climb, pushing ROAS in the right direction, and fine-tuning bids until a campaign sings - this one's for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and optimising live PPC campaigns across Google Ads
  • Owning your own client accounts and the performance of their campaigns
  • Setting up and monitoring conversion tracking to measure what matters
  • Managing budgets, monitoring CPC, and making smart bidding adjustments
  • Improving key metrics - CTR, ROAS, conversion rates and beyond
  • Reporting on performance and communicating results clearly to clients
  • Working closely with the wider team across SEO and web development

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years' experience in PPC / Google Ads
  • A solid understanding of conversion tracking and campaign optimisation
  • Experience working directly with clients
  • Confidence with budgets, CPC, ROAS, CTR and bidding strategies
  • Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a team environment
  • Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Able to communicate clearly with both clients and team members
  • The right to work in the UK (we are unable to offer visa sponsorship)

Tools you should know

  • Google Ads

Nice to have
