Territory: South Wales + South West - field based role

£36-43K Basic + £21K commission

What You'll Do:

  • Be field based 4 days per week - seeing customers face to face
  • Grow the rental business across the South West
  • Develop NHS & private healthcare accounts
  • Work with Tissue Viability, Moving & Handling, Therapists & Clinical Teams
  • Conduct clinical assessments and product demonstrations
  • Identify new rental opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Support Trust-wide agreements and product adoption
  • Deliver customer education and training

Who You Are:

  • Nurse, Physiotherapist, OT, TVN, MSK Therapist, Manual Handling Advisor or similar
  • Clinically credible with strong communication skills
  • Commercially curious and motivated to move into sales
  • Confident delivering assessments, demonstrations & training
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Comfortable travelling throughout the South West

The Package:

  • £36-43K basic
  • £21K OTE
  • Company car or £550/month car allowance
