Full job description
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at graduate level who is passionate, target driven and wants hands-on experience across digital marketing, social media, content creation, paid advertising, branding, events & sales.
This is not a role where you'll simply support a marketing & sales team—you'll be trusted with real responsibility from day one, working closely with the company directors to bring in sales and contributing ideas that directly influence the growth of the business.
About Devotion Weddings
Devotion Weddings creates unforgettable entertainment experiences for hundreds of couples every year across Scotland. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious Graduate Marketing Executive to join our team and help grow our luxury wedding entertainment brand.
The Role
As Graduate Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:
Creating engaging content for social media platforms.
Capturing photo and video content at weddings and events.
Editing videos and creating engaging Reels and short-form content.
Growing our social media presence and increasing engagement.
Creating and managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
Supporting branding and marketing campaigns across the business.
Managing enquiries received through social media and email & converting to sales.
Attending wedding fairs and events to represent the Devotion Weddings brand.
Analysing marketing performance and identifying opportunities to improve results.
You will work across all areas of our business, including:
Wedding DJs.
Daytime wedding entertainment.
Photobooths.
Unique wedding enhancements.
With such a varied range of services, no two weeks will be the same.
About You
We're looking for someone who is a people person, creative, enthusiastic and excited by the opportunity to build a career in marketing & sales.
You will ideally have:
A degree in Marketing or a related subject (or be due to graduate).
Knowledge of Google Ads.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager.
Experience using Canva or similar design software.
Video editing skills for social media content and Reels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be a people person
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
The ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team.
A professional and presentable manner when representing the business.
Essential Requirements:
Full UK driving licence & own transport.
Flexibility to attend weddings and wedding fairs, including some evenings or weekends when required.

Competitive salary of £27,000–£30,000 depending on experience.
