Location: North England
The North England territory includes Newcastle Upon Tyne, Carlisle, Darlington, Lancaster and York.
The position is field-based and we welcome applications from candidates based in the area. In order to commute across the large territory, candidates will ideally live in the central area of the region.
The Regional Business Consultant role:
The role provides the opportunity to take on existing territories and develop existing accounts with new products, coupled with a strong emphasis on opening new accounts within related and new therapy areas.
Based from home, you will cover and manage an established customer base, calling on a variety of clinicians and NHS departments covering the acute and community sectors.
After you have undertaken our structured training programme, your main responsibilities will be to:
·Take ownership for the achievement of your annual sales plan by driving both the strategy and execution, while mapping out the mechanics of each customer in order to drive profitable business growth
· Maintain relationships with existing customers whilst developing sales with the introduction of new customers and products
· Develop new business sales through own networking and prospecting
· Sell a wide range of high-quality products
· Increase revenue in line with sales targets set
· Prioritise journey-planning in order to effectively cover a compact geographic territory
· Write reports using Excel, Work, PowerPoint and CRM system.
What we’re looking for:
2 years' experience in a sales-based environment, preferably with some customer facing experience
Ideally you will have a previous track record of selling any medical or health care product into the NHS
Highly motivated and driven to deliver targets
Excellent relationship building skills and a strong focus on delivering to customer satisfaction
Confident communication and interpersonal skills
Good influencing and negotiation ability
Able to work well autonomously
Able to demonstrate integrity and efficiency
UK driving licence.
