Make your next move matter
At Mölnlycke, we believe that real impact starts with people. People who are bold enough to challenge the status quo. People who care deeply for their work, their colleagues, and the world around them. People who know exactly why they do what they do. As a global medical solutions company, we design and deliver innovative products and services across wound care, operating room solutions, gloves, and antiseptics. Our mission is to advance performance in healthcare by supporting professionals, improving outcomes, and making a difference where it matters most.
In ORS at Mölnlycke, we aim for frictionless flow in the operating room, with solutions designed for safety.
Where You’ll Make a Difference
In this role, you’ll contribute to meaningful work that improves lives. You’ll collaborate across teams, bring your ideas to the table, and help shape solutions that matter. Whether you’re streamlining a process, launching a product, or supporting a colleague, you’ll be making a difference every day. Here’s how you’ll make an impact in this role:
You’ll make significant contributions in the following areas:
- Creating regional account plans to define, target and successfully close business opportunities in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Planning and prioritising sales activities to maximise face to face customer contact
- Liaising with internal functions to agree commercial proposals and effectively use these in customer negotiations
- Supporting customers with product evaluations and trials to promote sales opportunities
- Deliver agreed activity rates to ensure coverage and frequency of target customers/focus products and to drive sales of Mölnlycke ORS portfolio
- Presenting our brand value propositions and value-added customer centric solutions for the defined portfolio
- Develop Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to increase their support, usage and advocacy of selected Mölnlycke products
What you’ll get
- Salary circa £60,000 depending on experience
- Performance related annual bonus up to £60,000
- £600 monthly car allowance
- Bupa healthcare
- Private pension up to 10% company contribution
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Life assurance and Income protection
- Employee Assistance Programme
- Wellbeing resource hub
What you bring
- Clear med-device sales experience, ideally within a surgical/theatre environment
- Strong track record of exceeding targets and building business relationships
- Understanding of NHS Procurement processes
- Degree in a related field such as Business or Marketing would be beneficial
- Well-developed communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Strong multichannel solution selling background
Our approach to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re building a workplace where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. We believe that a diverse mix of people (from different cultures, ages, geographies, and genders) makes us stronger. It brings fresh perspectives, drives better decisions, and helps us deliver solutions that reflect the world we serve. Inclusion isn’t just a value, it’s how we work, grow, and lead together.
